About Reality HouseReality House is located in Torrance, California. The house itself is over 6000 square feet exclusively built for recovery purposes. We have proven over the years to be successful in not only teaching young men how to be clean and sober, but to live life with character and integrity on life’s terms. Teaching our young men how to live life and how to be productive in the real world is our ultimate goal. |
Why Reality House WorksBeing an active member of a positive peer group is one of the main reasons that Reality House works. When living in an environment with older adults, young men have a tendency to hide out. Living solely among their age group, day in and day out, there is no hiding. As a result, each day is filled with change and this anticipation of change replaces the urge to use drugs and alcohol. |
